The cat who didn’t know he was abandoned guarded the locked door every day, waiting for his owner to take him home.

When it comes to loyal animals, most people always mention dogs, but few people mention cats. Are cat people really not as loyal as dogs?

Of course not. In my opinion, cats and dogs are equally loyal to their owners, but dogs are more emotional and express their loyalty more obviously.

Cats who are cold on the outside and hot on the inside are loyal to their owners, but their loyalty to their owners is reflected in various details. For example, cats often secretly observe their owners to ensure that their owners are always in their sight; when their owners go out, cats will stay at the door; when their owners are sad, they will quietly stay with them and give them love and encouragement.

Some people say that these little guys appear just to heal us! As a healer, everything the furry child does is for its master. However, some people do not know how to cherish it, which deeply hurts their hearts.

The little black cat who is waiting every day

In early January this year, on a busy street in Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, many people gathered in front of a locked store. Words such as "poor, pity, distressed, and abandoned" were heard from time to time in everyone's conversations.

Looking closer, it turned out that the focus of the crowd's attention was a cat, a small black cat with a shiny black body.

Seeing so many people surrounding him, the little guy seemed a little at a loss, but his body always stood in front of the shop, and his eyes kept looking firmly at the closed door.

I learned from the onlookers that this store closed down many days ago. The owner probably went back to his hometown for the New Year, but he threw the cat he had raised for several months directly outside.

The poor furry child may not know that he has been abandoned. He stands guard at the door of this store from morning to night every day, hoping that the owner will take him home.

Please, I want to go home

At this time, a little brother in the crowd walked towards the cat, and softly called "Mi...mi". After hearing the little brother's voice, the cat immediately meowed anxiously at him, his eyes switching back and forth between the little brother and the door.

Meow Star: Please, kindhearted person, can you ask the owner to open the door and let me in?

Seeing that the little brother was indifferent, the cat's expression became more and more anxious. It took the initiative to approach the little brother and kept rubbing its body against his hand, trying to coquettishly get him to help it.

I really want to help this little guy, but no one knows where the cat’s owner has gone. He may come back after the new year, but can this homeless cat wait until then on his own?

Although there were many people watching, and everyone felt sorry for what happened to this cat, no one was willing to take it away and give it a home.

The little kitten’s wish

Finally, someone contacted a local animal protection organization, and the staff arrived quickly. The little black cat was really well-behaved, and anyone could hold it. In less than a minute, the staff got it into the cage.

Currently, this little black cat has been sent to a local stray cat rescue base, where there are many cats who have suffered similar experiences to it. This may not be the best home for it, but at least it can ensure three meals without worrying about starvation and cold.

Every year before the Chinese New Year, it is the peak period for abandoning furry children, but I did not expect that it would come so soon this year. In addition to directly abandoning furry babies, there are actually many ways to help furry babies survive this special period.

Some owners, in order to return to their own homes, let their furry children lose their homes. Isn’t it a bit cruel? After all, it has been with you for so long. As an owner, do you really not feel pain in your heart?

Kittens can also be sad and aggrieved, but they just can’t speak. Their biggest wish is to stay with their owners and protect their homes. I sincerely hope that every furry child can realize this little wish.
