Delap talks about Premier League central defenders: Van Dijk is excellent, but I prefer Forest’s Murillo
Last season, Nottingham Forest’s Murillo was one of the highly praised central defenders in the Premier League. He was a key figure in the team’s ability to enter the European war. Chelsea forward Delap obviously recognizes Murillo's strength.
In an interview, Delap said: "You know who I really like? Murillo of Nottingham Forest. I did play against Van Dijk, but I think that is a stereotyped answer. Of course, Van Dijk is very good, but I really like Murillo."
