Owen: Rashford s plummeting form at Manchester United is reminiscent of Sanchez, you can t explain it

Michael Owen recently appeared on the podcast Mennie Talks. He said that Rashford's plummeting state reminded him of Sanchez.
Irving said: "Remember Sanchez moving from Arsenal to Manchester United? He was twice elected Premier League Player of the Year and was once the best player in the league. But after arriving at Manchester United, he looked like he had never played football. This decline in form is unbelievable. Sometimes, I can’t explain the specific reasons."
"There is no reasonable explanation for this cliff-like decline. Rashford’s situation is very similar. The heights he once reached...I remember he scored three goals that season More than ten goals, the performance is amazing."
"He is indeed talented, with such superb skills, fast speed and various excellent qualities, but everyone is puzzled by such a serious decline."
" It could very well be something to do with players losing enthusiasm for their situation, or it could be any number of other factors. From an outside perspective, this is the classic example that comes to mind right off the bat, and it’s hard not to think that these declines are not only staggering, but almost inexplicable.”
