How to distinguish male and female kittens from just born? It s very simple, just look at it~

There are many families who keep pets nowadays, and each individual has a very different attitude towards keeping pets. Some people regard pets as an object, and throw them away and linger them. Some people treat pets as family members, take good care of them and teach them in every way. Some people regard pets as their "children" and even spoil them too much.

But these are ways for others to keep pets, we can't control them, we just need to take good care of our own pets. What I want to share with you today is the way for newly born kittens to distinguish male and female. Everyone must take a good look~

Some pet owners are eager to know whether they are male or female when the kittens are just born. In fact, because the scrotum of a newborn kitten has not been revealed, it is a bit difficult to distinguish between male and female. Generally, when a kitten is half a month old, it is simpler and more reliable to judge male or female based on the distance between the anus (under the tail root) and the opening of the external genitals (instead of the posterior abdomen).

But it is not impossible to know the gender of a kitten when it is born. We can judge the gender by the shape of the kitten's genital opening. For example, if the genital opening is round or approximately round, just like a colon (:), you can confirm that this is a male cat. If the genital opening is triangular or flattering, similar to an upside-down exclamation point (!), it may be a female cat.

It is also best to grab two cats of similar size when distinguishing male and female. Just compare the anus and external genital openings with each other, as well as the distance and shape of their genital openings, and you can quickly draw a conclusion.
