Want to keep your mouth fresh? Make "cleaning brushing powder" by yourself

Tooth Powder

When brushing teeth, you feel a sense of cleanness. It is the smell of toothpaste that everyone is familiar with. When you get up in bed in the morning, just put a toothbrush in your mouth and hear the slight smell of mint, the whole person wakes up. The mint in the toothpaste formula can keep the mouth fresh and also have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. When making your own brushing powder, you can use mint powder and mint essential oil to achieve a cleansing effect. In addition, add a little stevia powder to make the toothpaste a little sweeter and feel more comfortable.

Dry the mint in Taiwan with an oven. I want to avoid the growth of the plants themselves when they are still damp during the drying period, and try to use the days of the sun to dry vanilla. If there is room restriction, only indoor drying is allowed, please keep the room dry. In addition, it is very convenient and quick to dry mint leaves in the oven, especially if you want to make mint powder. This method is the best way to ensure dryness without any danger.

1. Preheat the oven to around 80 degrees Celsius.

2. Pick fresh mint branches, place them loosely on top of the baking pan, and bake them over low heat for about 2 hours.

3. Turn on the oven and check to see if the mint leaves are completely dry. If it is not good, bake for another 15 minutes.

4. The mint leaf slices are broken as soon as they are pinched, which means drying is completed. Save the leaf slices in a glass jar and seal them. Dry mint leaf slices can be made from vanilla tea, made into bath vanilla bags, or ground into fine powder to make homemade vanilla brushing powder.

5. If you want to make mint powder, pick the part of the leaf slices, put it in a bean grinder or food conditioner that grinds vanilla, and make it into fine powder.
